After over 20 years working as an Auditor for the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA), David wanted to be the "good guy" for a change and help clients.  David is a former Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), Certified General Accountant (CGA) who taught accounting courses at the local college.   He also spent a portion of his career in the private business sector with a Fortune 500 Company where much of his time was spent on mergers and acquisitions.

Jennifer has gained over 30 years of experience serving in senior positions with several companies across a broad range of industries including retail, services, manufacturing, software, healthcare and not for profits.   Jennifer is often hired for her abilities to implement new software systems and improve processes.  While the executive suite has its perks, she wanted to focus on serving smaller entities where her knowledge could have a greater impact.

And both Jennifer and David enjoy the freedom of working from the cottage, a beach or anywhere with an internet connection.  Combining Finance with Technology is the winning formula that they are passionate about sharing.
